This Thread is to serve as the general rules on Chatwire until further notice. The only thing I ask is that posters are respectful and do not use excessive profanity (I can't expect zero profanity because I don't ask that of myself). Discussions of an overly inappropriate nature will be moderated. I would like to see most topics hold to the subject listed at the start of the thread, but obviously there will be some exceptions to that and I don't expect 100% of all talk to be pertinent to the Tripwire entries. Of course, the topics in the "General Discussion" can be on just about any topic as long as it doesn't fall under the "overly inappropriate" clause above. If you would like to post or suggest a Tripwire subject to me, please do not use the board to do so. Please visit the Tripwire Message Center for such things: tripwire.hickersonfamily.net/tripwire.htmlHopefully I won't have to make additions to this. I am going to trust that most people are able to determine what is appropriate and what is not. If you have any questions for me directly, you can use the IM feature that the board has or you can email me directly using the hickersonfamily.net Feedback Form: www.hickersonfamily.net/feedback/Thank you!

1) Messages with no apparent purpose other than to take up space on the board and waste time will be deleted as soon as I notice them. This applies, but is not limited to, "first post" messages and anything I consider to be spam. 2) Please visit the "Site Feedback" section of the forum (located at chatwire.proboards3.com/index.cgi?board=feedback1) to submit any questions or other feedback you might have about Chatwire or our website in general, or use the private message feature the forum provides. 3) Suggestions for Tripwire articles should also be sent via the private message feature for the time being. Thank you.

I have modified the board to require users to register before posting in all areas with the exception of the Feedback and Suggestions section. This should help me keep tabs on the non-registered spambots that are now hitting Chatwire regularly.
